Loved working at Tropex and was so sad to leave. Great team and experience all around.

Residents can be picky but most are very nice!

Tending to plants making the planet pretty, previously had great benefits and compensation but those are getting taken away month by month. Coworkers have same passion which makes it easy to relate.

Terrible management. Supervisors wont listen to new ideas. If you do take a job here-make sure you get everything in writing because HR department will lie through their teeth, No raises or rewards for exceptional work, Trainers are inconsistent with each other
