My everyday feeling working for this firm : " I'd like to think of my self as a modern slave" - Investments Counselor Trow Associates Employee Review

I only have one word for this company " Peculiar" Absolutely no opportunity for advancement. Movements are either sideways to another phone position or management route if you're willing to take on the excessively stressful environment. I’ve been with this firm for 5yrs, maybe one of their best performers overall. But I am as dissatisfied as one could be with the way people are treated in the last couple of years. And I’m not the only one to be dissatisfied. I’d say that most of my colleagues say the same thing. Our daily conversations are about what other jobs to apply for. Go figure. Its ok for those who just start in this industry, and don’t expect your pay to be at par with the rest .
