Pros
They provide insurance for you.
Cons
The communication is ineffective. They send out a dozen emails a day most of which do not apply to your job description. They work out of old DOS systems instead of updated systems. They have no accountability with their managers and should you call this out nothing happens. They send out surveys that have no specifications on them to “check how they’re doing”. When they want you to do something they give you a few days notice and not the whole process so you have to ask a billion questions and the managers just get upset you’re asking cuz now they have to ask. In general, they’re a company that buys companies then doesn’t actually do what they say they’re going to. If you want to actually work without getting blamed for everything that goes wrong because they do not want to hear or communicate with their employees you should find somewhere else to work.
