Pros

I've been with TruView Inspections for a few years now, and it continues to be a great place to work. The company really has a family like culture but let’s be honest, sometimes we treat our coworkers better than actual family, and that’s definitely the case here. People genuinely care about each other, and the team atmosphere is strong. Even as a small business, TruView does a lot right. PTO is paid and fairly approved, and there are real benefits in place. The owners are straight shooters, they’re honest, approachable, and they truly want the best for the people working here. There’s no micromanaging, just a shared goal of doing great work and taking care of customers.

Cons

This isn’t the place for someone who doesn’t like being held accountable or who prefers to just clock in and coast. Expectations are clear, and everyone is trusted to do their part, so if you don’t take pride in your work, it’ll stand out pretty quickly. Also, like most small companies, things can change and evolve quickly, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are important. If you're someone who resists change or needs constant hand holding, you probably won't enjoy the pace or culture here.

Pros

If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to wait endlessly for answers, deal with poor communication, and question every inspection result, this company delivers that experience consistently.

Cons

Unfortunately, the company occasionally interrupts the chaos with moments of competence, making it harder to know what to expect.
