Where should I begin? This company throws around “truth matters” often so I figured I would honor them with a truthful review!!!!!!!
1. Low paying compared to a long list of competitors
2. CEO loves to promote family members but no one else within the organization
3. Do you have a family? This job is not for you. Zoom must be on at all times for late night “fire drills” — last time I checked, we were not giving heart surgery? Not sure if they changed to the health field, but they are listed as b2b lead gen??????
4. Do you enjoy being bullied? Harassed? Then this place is for you! Hr and leadership allow toxic work environment
I do not make reviews often but I am begging future recruits to take a minute and reflect. If you come here, work will be more important than family. Please just stay away. I am writing this to ensure there is a transparent view on the culture as there were major discrepancies from the interview process to the actual role.
