Pros

You really get to learn the business of processing. Some of the people working here are genuine people.

Cons

It's really not the company they portray themselves to be. Poorly operated and managed. The owner will admit he has been sued tons of times and is being threatened to be sued everyday. They preach customer service and integrity but show the complete opposite. You are gone for WEEKS on end and have no privacy during that time. If you aren't a director, expect to be stuck at the hotel if you aren't working. You will start your day at 7 am and it so t be finished until late that night after conference calls and pointless meetings ran by under qualified misfits. So figure in your time invested and it works out to about $4 an hour. When I started with this company it was totally different. They placed new management and it has done nothing but go down hill. Unless you are ok with being a slave, find a different company to work for.

Thank you for your feedback as it helps us to better our company. We are sorry you feel the way you do but please know we have good intentions for everyone and want every person in this company to succeed and grow. We try our best to explain the amount of travel that is expected throughout the interview process as well as the training but understand that it’s still very difficult for families to endure and appreciate the sacrifices that are made. There have been a lot of changes within the company and more changes will continue to happen as we are pushing ourselves to new heights. Our hope is that those that have helped us to get to where we are, remain as we achieve our goals as a company.

Pros

I wouldn’t be here today if this wasn’t a great company to work for. So first, is this a perfect company? of course not, and neither are there any perfect companies out there. It takes resilience, understanding, and a lot of patience to be successful in any company; so I am not surprised when someone spends a few months at a company and decides that they don’t like it. Great company for anyone wishing to launch an exciting career Owner cares for every single employee Great pay and benefits Awesome people to work with

Cons

I haven't seen any having been here this long.

Pros

I have worked for true payment solutions for over one year now and the experience has been wonderful. Coming in i thought that there was no way any employer would hold to the huge promises that this company offers to new employees but how wrong i was. This is the 1st time in my career where i have experienced a company that pays 100 % of the benefits for all their employees with zero deductions. The pay is great. From my knowledge new sales executive make more than 60k base pay after the 1st year.I love the work environment with very diverse employees. The management stands out for the unique ability of the owner to connect with each employee at their own level.I have never received as mamy compliments in a another job from the management as i have here.

Cons

Due to the ownership being very hardworking, the pressure to perform is way too high. You have no room to slack since the owner and his management work way too hard. The pay is the best anywhere in the in the job market and the industry but work family life balance can be greatly improved.

Thank you so much for the positive feedback, I would agree with you in saying that there is no room for slacking. When you have the management team as well as the owner visibly there working hard right beside you it makes it easy to push yourself. Again thank you for the feedback and continue to succeed with TPS.
