Too much politics rest every thing is ok

1. Company actually cares for you. 2. Decent salary if you're a fresher or switching from a different organization. 3. Very comfortable environment. 4. NO targets.

1. Growth is slow. 2. After a point, your learning curve will become more of a straight line. 3. Don't wait here for more than 2 years if you're not getting growth as this company will get you to your comfort zone and your professional growth would be halted. 4. No incentives. 5. Don't expect high appraisals.
