Pros
At TrueFoundry I get to do such high-quality work. We use cutting-edge technologies and are solving a real problem. The founders are amazing and establish a culture of complete transparency. We get to hear everything that is working well and not without any filters. Founders are open to feedback and truly listen to the team. They give guidance and independence at the same time. Even 1:1s are very personable and effective.
Cons
As an early-stage startup, there is uncertainty but that is an expectation. In fact, I personally like the challenge.
