*Managers are good
* supportive management and seniors
* CEO has a growth mindset he was hardworking and pushing the team to do better
* better leaves and working culture policies
Cons
* old infrastructure like the platform eg: like the platform registerd on 2014 and till now they don't even a decent mobile application also the website is very old and have some issues
* no plocies for freelancers they only want to charge their membership from them after that no support their points is the sales Executive are bound to give them support
* if you get hired on BDE or BDA roles on jioning time they will tell you have to do only project coordination like 80% and 20 % sales
But reality is different, although if you want to survive in this company you have to be active 24×7 because if you not other one will grab the opportunity like i can't share the exact thing or the purpose bcz of the policies but you have to be really active.
* their services are not good if everything goes wrong the employees are responsible for it management never takes responsibilities
* One more major problem i find out that like the company work on 2 3 business and all the things manage by CEO or by his family COO like typical lala company like They don't know what to do if some business give big profits they look on that like they doesn't want to know the reasons behind the low revenue or like that they think their services and product are good but although we know that where they exist as compare to thier competitors.
* also i was not that good in the company like my performance and everything im sharing my reality as well but all the things i shared above was correct and my experience
