Company is Unethical - Recruiter Truex Metier Employee Review

We are extremely ethical however we do occasionally make a bad hire just like every other company. I wish we could predict who has the prerequisite skills to succeed 100% of the time, but we can't. Instead of becoming a victim and "getting even"with others for their failures, we encourage candidates (and ex-employees) to say "okay, I now know that my last job wasn't my metier, let's find out what is".
