Poor staff environment, the owner is looking for an exit strategy while currently aiming to hire for a completely new application after the first two versions of the project failed. The funding from SBE aka Sam is used to fuel a failing environment with a lack of in house development strategy, poor design and version control and an overall lack of professional talent. all while hosting a poorly designed website, and current application which only accurately works on iOS devices. The overall concept to overcharge consumers to jump a line at a restaurant is a failing model that hasn't been proven in the 6 years of companies existence and has a poor outlook to do so in the immediate future.
