Worked with creative people and got to do rewarding work. Management is full of doers, not just delegators. Reasonable project timelines and good work/life balance. Nice mix of clients and opportunities to grow creatively. Did some of my favorite work here.
Cons
It's pretty laid back. Almost too much so at times. Workflow could be a mixed bag. There were some challenging budgets.
