Pros
“Pretty” office. Plenty of PTO from summer Fridays and long holiday breaks. Free booze every month. Free coffee and spacious fridge..?
Cons
Executives are abusive, negligent at best. Toxic culture trickled down from upper management. Most employees lack any sort of work ethic. “Agents” are terrible to colleagues and clients. Many instances of “bad seeds” (as the previous reviewer has put it) bad-mouthing clients and fellow employees. Majority of hard working employees have exited the company over the last couple of months for this reason. HR is utterly useless, even after countless complaints.
