Pros
Compensation is fair, bonus program is nice, benefit options are good and the company pays a decent percentage of the cost.
Cons
Quality work is not recognized and the culture has changed to one where employees were rewarded to one in which they are managed out. Development leadership changes frequently and creates chaos. Company priorities are puzzling. What does the PMO do to add value?
