Pros
Fantastic work environment, colleagues and 100% the best boss. Got to pick my perfect work computer for around $3200 and if my personal own worked for, well, work, I could buy a gaming computer if I felt like it. Also had free range to pick any phone, no money limit.
Cons
The only cons I can think of is personal for me since my background in offensive security and their expertise in networking, routing, firewalls etc. just didn't match, and being a small consulting firm it was hard to find any real big pool of clients.
