1. Huge work load 2. Work & Family life balance may be hampered due to continuous work load. 3. Flat Reporting , All report to CEO. No internal organogram. 4. All designation are same which is 'Technical Account Manager" which creates a confusion among senior employees and fresher's. 5. No certifications were arranged by company before 2019, now they have arranged certifications but employees have to sign a contract agreement for 2 years consisting many in ethical clauses which is really disturbing
