Pros
I work in the On-Premise Legacy department with Johnny as my Director. He makes sure we have what we need to get the job done and is always open to questions or conversations when anything comes up. He definitely creates a reliable and supportive work environment. Our team works really well together, and everything runs pretty smoothly. It’s a solid place to work, and everyone does their part to keep things moving.
Cons
There have been a lot of changes in processes, but that just comes with growing at the speed we are. Work timing can vary depending on what's needed (start times are between 6am-7am) so you do have to be pretty flexible with your schedule.
