Pros

- You may meet some colleagues that are worth keeping in your network. - Pay is ok, but you are consistently playing defense against an inept CEO.

Cons

- CEO has an MBA but is completely clueless on how to run a business, even his product management experience has come to nothing because of the subpar product. - CEO perpetuates toxicity and the entire company thinks of him as a joke, there are rumors to remove him but cant yet due to logistics and ownership. - The company is barely squeaking out performance and the entire GTM motion fights against the CEO to get their normal job done. The GTM function has good expertise but it basically gets nullified by the CEO. - The engineers are in for a rude awakening and I feel bad for them, they are top class and deserve a better company. CTO is actually decent. - All 5 star reviews are completely fake and bogus. - Product market fit is not as good as initially thought, the larger customers hesitate to add friction to a borrowing process.

Pros

I started here part-time and moved to full-time after a few months, mostly because I kept getting pulled into projects I actually cared about. Over that time I relocated to another country and traveled a lot, and the company had my back through all of it - real help with the move and the paperwork, not just "let us know if you need anything." The honest picture: it's fast, it's demanding, and you're expected to be responsive. But there's genuine room to breathe when you need it, I've gone to my manager and asked for time when I was running low, and that was respected. And the intensity comes with real upside. Bonuses here aren't symbolic; they actually reflect the work you put in. Leadership invests in people directly: the CEO regularly shares useful resources and books, ran hands-on training to get the whole team comfortable with new tools (several weeks on Claude Code, walking people through problems individually), and actively encourages building things of your own. I'm genuinely happy here.

Cons

The one thing I keep wishing for is more time together in person. I'd love to see an on-site event happen soon. I'll also say plainly: this is an always-on, high-demand place. That's a feature if you love the work and a problem if you don't, worth knowing before you sign on, not after.

Pros

* Product/Market Fit: The product solves issues in financial infrastructure and underwriting; it's nice to work on real-world problems where value prop is clear and market demand is visible. * Meritocracy: Working hard and stepping up is rewarded; if you see a problem, you’re encouraged to fix it. * Top Talent: Caliber of people here is top-tier. Great folks from all over the world. * Long-Term Upside: Having been here for 3 years, I can confidently say the business fundamentals are strong. I’m genuinely excited for the future.

Cons

* Resource Constraints: Being a small team is generally great but comes with downsides; we don’t always feel resourced to accomplish everything we set out to do to the degree we’d like. * Remote Work is Real: The global nature of the team is a strength for diversity and talent, but it comes with a cost. I have teammates I’ve known for years whom I’ve never met in person.
