Pros
I would have to say that this is one of the best places I have ever worked. Executives and Managers treat you like an adult. Most companies feel like they have to govern just about everything you do. However Trxade understands that life is not just about work and are flexible and accommodate your personal life trusting you that you will get your job done. As an employee this is huge, knowing that my company has confidence and trusts me. It makes me want to go above and beyond so that the company remains profitable and successful.
Don't get me wrong we are busy there are deadlines and a lot of work to be done so there are guidelines to keep everyone on the same page, but there is flexibility that allows you to be you and work the way you work best.
I have worked here for several months and have been offered jobs with higher salaries, but opted to stay at Trxade because while I may be tired at the end of a work day I know that I am appreciated for the work that I have done. I am not stressed out, dreading my next day of work.
It's a place I actually enjoy going to work.
Cons
Insurance benefits are a little lite, but get better each quarter.
