      Pros

      Mid-tier pay, ad hoc limited meeting culture, reasonable benefits, good work-life balance, good people who care about one another. Profitable business.

      Cons

      Attached to BENlabs ownership mismanagement. Legacy architecture, poor UI, and unsustainable growth hacking tactics from bygone glory days have plagued the product with large debts that have yet to be resolved. Layoffs have impacted critical departments, and execution has been slow.
