Product is a great org to work with. Great leadership from the Top up. The Chief Product Officer Michael, cares about his team and provides support. He's hands on and gives feedback directly to you (in a way that isn't demeaning) instead of going to your manager to give you the feedback. Treats everyone as if they are important. Visibility to C-level executives. This isn't typical with a lot of other companies. Ability to make a direct impact on the company no matter what role you are in
Cons
We are in a growth phase and discovering some gaps. Processes aren't completely established, so things change regularly. This will change over the next year as we are in the process of building processes and procedures and continue to identify areas of improvement.
