Pros
The benefits are good. Retirement isn't bad.
Cons
Between 2014-2018 Human Resources had at least 6 different Directors. Very little consistency in management regarding policy enforcement. Questionable ethics at the management level and no accountability to get supervisors to follow their own policies. HR protects management and City financial interests rather than employees or their rights. Favoritism is rampant.
