Pros

-Great salary and benefits -Good work/life balance -Empathetic co-workers and leadership -Autonomous work environment -Intentional thoughtfulness from the entire team -Great partners / vendors

Cons

Can't think of anything... really have enjoyed my experience at Tuff! In my time at Tuff, we've grown over 200% (less than 1 year), while increasing salary, benefits, and expanding growth opportunities. The sky is the limit.

Pros

- You learn rapidly and can work pretty autonomously. The skills and experience I got while there made me more competitive for my next role - Good benefits - Flexible work schedule. Can be demanding at times but most people care about each other and help make sure you can take time off when you need it.

Cons

- Parent company / acquisition seems to have slowed down growth - IT issues are common since integrating with parent company - Seems like there is a nonexistent promotion budget but company pays for bi-annual retreats instead

Pros

- Fully Remote - Flexible-ish work schedule - 'Unlimited' PTO

Cons

-Leadership lacks innovative problem-solving approaches, particularly within the senior team. -Career development opportunities are limited, with an ineffective framework that hinders growth. -There is a noticeable culture of favoritism, where reskilling and reorganization efforts are concentrated on a select few. -A culture of toxic positivity discourages open, honest, and constructive feedback, even when delivered professionally. -Creative contributions are undervalued, with a clear preference for cost-saving measures such as AI or offshoring, often at the expense of quality. -High levels of employee burnout persist, with no clear promotion pathways or incentive structures, especially during financial constraints. -The company prioritizes extravagant, bi-annual multi-million dollar summits over meaningful investments in organizational financial health. -Zero diversity.
