The term "management" doesn't apply! - Multidrop Delivery Driver Tuffnells Parcels Express Employee Review

I've never worked at any company where they have lost at least one member of staff EVERY week. No overtime payments made, but many drivers doing at least 1.5hrs overtime every day, due to last collection times. Attendance allowance for the week lost if one day missed meaning a general loss of £140-£160. Being offered a regular route which is then given to other "spare" driver, meaning I became a spare, wasn't put on a regular route (i.e. 2nd manning most of the time, but not with the same main driver so no chance to learn any of the routes) then have the "management" complain that I was bringing too many items back!
