My directors mantra is "hire smart people and let them lead" which really creates a culture of trust and high expectations that keeps us focused on both performance and personal development. We are very data and numbers-focused and while the quarterly goals are aggressive, they are designed to push your professional growth. The only real drawback is the PTO structure. The annual holiday count is a bit limited compared to some other tech companies/corporate structures, and sick leave is bundled under your regular PTO rather than being a separate bucket.
