Pros

Cool location for the office You will meet some great people here

Cons

Where to begin. This place is completely mismanaged. Employee turnover is a constant and, yet, they won't address the issue of why. The CEO is blind to the fact that he drives talent away (either intentionally turning a blind eye to it or sincerely incapable of seeing his own flaws). Regardless, no one makes it very long here. The last day here will be your happiest day ever. You might start drinking too much while you work here to cope with the insanity of your daily work life. In short, if you are considering employment here, consider something else. You know those jobs where you dance on a corner with a sign? Even on a freezing day, that job will probably bring you more joy than your life here. Lastly, if you are female, stay FAR away. Forget being taken seriously. That's only for the boys.

Pros

TurboTenant is a rare find in the startup world. The environment is deeply autonomous. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly own your area of expertise without being micromanaged and grow in lateral areas, this is it. Supportive Leadership: My direct manager is incredibly supportive, and that energy trickles down. The coworkers here are genuine. My directors mantra is "hire smart people and let them lead" which really creates a culture of trust and high expectations that keeps us focused on both performance and personal development. Everyone is pulling in the same direction because we all want to win. Accessible CEO: The CEO is refreshingly accessible and makes a real effort to get to know everyone personally. He’s also a pretty funny guy, which makes our weekly team meetings something to actually look forward to rather than a chore. #MakeThisTheFunnestTeamOfYourCareer < One of our company values. Healthy Startup Culture: It has that fast-paced startup energy but without the typical toxicity. We are very data and numbers-focused and while the quarterly goals are aggressive, they are designed to push your professional growth. Benefits: The healthcare benefits and salary are top-tier, which isn't always a given in the tech space.

Cons

The only real drawback is the PTO structure. The annual holiday count is a bit limited compared to some other tech companies/corporate structures, and sick leave is bundled under your regular PTO rather than being a separate bucket.
