Cons
Stressful working environment. It’s not just the workload—it’s mentally draining. The culture is toxic, full of office politics and favoritism. You can't even voice out your opinion without being labeled as negative or problematic. Poor leadership and unclear job scopes make it hard to know what’s expected. Micromanagement happens at every level, and there’s no proper support system to help employees grow. Even worse, admin staff with no qualifications or engineering background can suddenly be made engineers just because of who they know. It’s very demotivating. The compensation packages also don’t reflect the amount of work or contribution we actually give. Overall, it’s not a healthy place to work if you’re serious about professional development.
