Incompetent management all the way, outdated practices, and terrible coworkers - Retail Sales Associate TurnStyle Employee Review

Incredibly low pay. Arbitrary pay gaps between employees. Management does not know what they are doing. Schedules are always wrong and put out as late as possible. No training for any job functions. High turn over rate. Co-workers act like managers but are also incompetent to basic job functions. Managers barely show up for their shifts and will leave mid shift to go home. You may be promised full time employment but everyone but managers are part time. All the systems are outdated. No communication between managers and employees. Managers will just ghost you when you contact them. Any complaints will be met with the management complaining back to you and doing nothing. Regional management will visit the store and try to micromanage you while not knowing how to operate any of the systems. All of the systems are disorganized and will not be better. Expect to get yelled at by managers and co workers and nothing to be done about it.
