Great clinical staff but unethical management practices - Clinician Turnbridge Employee Review

I’ve grown more as a clinician at this job than I have anywhere else. Every day I’m able to make a positive impact on kids and their family which is very important to me in my job. The pay is really good, full benefits, and the team is really amazing. I’ve made life long friends here! As a clinician, I’ve gained skills in diagnostics, learned more about medication management, and crisis management. Through this I’m more confident in my clinical ability than I was before Turnbridge.

In clinical we work one weekend shift as part of our week, it’s an adjustment

First off the upper staff is rude ,and judgmental, Think there better than anyone else! HR makes an error in payroll and the staff suffers from it!! They take your hard earned money which is not a lot to get by on ,
