Pros
Some of my coworkers were easy to work with. Management was great until the most resent set of promotions. They'll promote those who have been there the longest. Money had the potential to be pretty decent, if it's not December or January when no one wants to spend any money. Overall it was ok. Like I said it's a call center. You will have your weirdos working there and there might be one or two normal folks. It was Monday to Friday which was probably the best part. Direct deposit was also good to have.
Cons
Pay was a draw against commission, so if you dont sell your're going to owe them money.they recently started setting quotas which makes it much more stressful. Sometimes people just do not want an auto warranty, no matter how great the price is or how many items are covered. Especially from a company they have never heard from.
