      Thriving company with ambition to grow and good attitude to promoting from within the existing workforce.

      Cons

      Lines of reporting all feed to management in the US and this leads to disjointed decision -making in the UK. Recent acquisition and growth in Europe, together with current growth due to Covid pandemic, have created a crazy working environment with all areas of the business working very long hours and stretched to the limit.

      Pros

      Great place to work. 15+ yrs with TB. Encouraging CEO & Mgmt. Pretty good work life balance and better perks than I've seen. Events, swag, at-home virtual events and more offered. HR fights for what is best for us continuously. Currently remote which give us great flexibility. Overall looking forward to the future here.

      Workload can be overwhelming at times but that's a good problem to have
