      They are very fast at finding new students for the tutors, they do a thorough check on the family and work with the flexibility of the tutor's personal schedule. If there is any issues with the student, family, schedule or subject, management gets involved and finds a suitable solution for all. Stress free environment.

      Cons

      Must travel to student's home in Miami traffic.

      The pay is fair and you can choose students to work with based on your skills and availability. You also get information on the student before your first meeting.

      Cons

      There are not always students available, but that is what happens when doing this type of tutoring.
