terrible pay, constant tasks and trainings that are not paid, poor rating system, management by fear, no recourse with paid complaints ( free classes) , They lied about free pass policy/absences (fired by email), no loyalty.

Compensation, training requirements, scheduling, and performance expectations are outlined during onboarding, in each teacher's service agreement, and in our Teacher Handbook, and we continually review these processes to ensure they are fair and aligned with industry standards.
We understand that not every role will be the right fit for every individual, and we encourage teachers to raise concerns directly with management so they can be addressed constructively. Feedback, even when critical, helps us evaluate and improve.
