We understand the importance of fair compensation and strive to ensure that our pay structure is competitive and equitable within industry standards. We understand that teachers sometimes receive unfair feedback. Each month, we remove 4% of low ratings to ensure they do not negatively impact our teachers. Please remember that an unfair rating does not reflect your abilities or performance as a teacher. We appreciate your dedication and commitment to your students. Placing students at the correct level is crucial for their learning success. We're actively working on addressing this issue on a case-by-case basis. And to address your comment about cancellations, unexpected situations can arise and students may need to cancel their classes close to the start time. We appreciate your understanding and if you are concerned about a student that cancels frequently you can reach out to us in the Comm Center. Thank you again for your feedback.
