Not enough students for teaching, very low pay
If we got unfair rating and argue, they will close your account without reason
They do not care about teachers, they focus on their customers
I have a experienced, I taught more than 100 classes for average rating above 9.8, and one time, the girl gave me rating 2, the company did not care about reasons. I argued them said this is "unfair rating". They closed my account and said I need to do more training. The thing is that I am agree I need more training, but they shouldn't close my account. Sometimes, teachers are not wrong for rating, every customers have their own taste, they shouldn't deny teachers' efforts for the lesson.
