This is not a scam job. They do pay.
Cons
There are dozens of tutors available for each student and you have to apply for each tutoring gig posted. They do have a number of students looking for tutors at a given time, but you often have upwards of 20-50+ tutors applying for the same gig, so it’s unbelievably hard to build a case load.
The staff is also spread so thin that there is no personal connection between the central team and staff. You don’t even have a real interview with anyone, you simply have a pre-recorded interview and never meet anyone.
