Pros
Pays well for on-site work, managers are all very helpful, you oversee yourself, small groups, they're doing work to continue to improve and retain employees via feedback from staff
Cons
Proper path for addressing difficult students is not established
Clock-in app doesn't coordinate well with poor cellular reception and wi-fi access so it's challenging to get paid correctly because google doc for correction doesn't apply to multiple changes
You don't have a mentor and training is very bare bones so it takes some flexibility and adjusting
The program contract ends and you don't really know whether your time had a positive impact on the children's test scores/understanding
