Pros
Tuttle-Click is one of the better auto groups to work for. There are employees that have been there for as long as 30 years. Some good perks like tuition assistance and paid vacation trips (you have to work for the company 10 years+ to qualify).
Cons
Cronies in upper management. Some of the managers curse and talk to employees in a demeaning manner. No feeling of security unless you're in upper management.
