      Relaxed atmosphere No OT at EOM unless something comes up but can be completed next day.

      Cons

      Low pay and no raises. Literally have to ask for a raise.

      Learning environment, hourly plus commission pay plan

      Cons

      Pay diversity per department and/or person, pay plan is meant to pay the owners not the sales staff. Pay plan changes every year and sometimes twice a year.
