Pros
TweedLeaf is an absolute charade - zero compliance, zero leadership, lots of questionable and unethical decision making. The company is an abstract disaster internally and the owner is the #1 liability.
Cons
The owner has no idea what he is doing, hides behind the guise of a Jesus-loving holier than thou character. The guy is a sociopath. Terminates employees when legitimate compliance issues are brought to the table. Has zero idea how to work with and communicate with people. He has hired a series of under qualified leaders that refuse to own the current situation and address major ethical/compliance issues because of a paycheck. The flower is horrendous. Notice the size of the buds and lack of effect when smoking? Do t worry, that's not all! Mold and mildew run rampant in their facilities, putting the public at risk.
