Pros

Tweezerman is a great working environment! The people are great and they have fantastic work-life balance. The hybird (2 days in, 3 days WFH) and "summer fridays" year round is an incredible benefit. Great benefits and profit sharing are a huge plus. The company is constantly trying to improve the benefits they offer and ask for input annoymously.

Cons

Can be very meeting heavy. Upper managment can be a little stuck in older ways, so trying to push newer ideas can receive quite a bit of push back.

Pros

-Management is extremely generous in providing employees with products -Half day Fridays all year -Great products with strong marketplace recognition

Cons

Unfortunately, my experience at this company was extremely disappointing. I joined excited about the opportunity but quickly found that expectations were unclear and support was lacking. There was little room to learn or ask questions, despite being new to the organization. Communication often felt inconsistent and priorities could change without clear direction. I experienced situations where my work was shared with senior leadership before I had the opportunity to review or refine it, which was both discouraging and avoidable. Rather than coaching and development, I felt there was an expectation to perform at full speed almost immediately without proper onboarding. The culture did not feel psychologically safe. I often felt anxious about making mistakes instead of supported in learning from them. Constructive feedback is important, but it should come with clear guidance and an opportunity to improve. In the end, I left feeling that the organization was more focused on immediate results than investing in the success and development of new employees. While every experience is different, mine left me feeling unsupported and set up to struggle rather than succeed. Many new hires (of varying levels of seniority) expressed similar sentiments. I also personally witnessed multiple situations where seasoned industry professionals who were new to the organization were outwardly mocked behind their back by management for not knowing a company specific procedure. While many leaders have been with the company for years (some, even decades), it is understandable that certain procedures become that of second nature. However, it was very discouraging to hear fellow new hires being mocked for simply trying to understand company specific processes.
