Pros
The culture here is unbelievable. Every employee has a voice and can make an impact within the company. All of the employees are very friendly and welcoming. It's great to work here and I haven't seen a similar work environment anywhere else. We do a lot of team building here including basketball or workout classes on a weekly basis. There is a lot of people to learn from at Twenty.
Cons
Twenty is not a 9-5pm job, but that is what entrepreneur life is all about! Some days start later and end later. The schedule is flexible. It's on the go and makes work a lot of fun. I left my 9-5pm job to come to Twenty and have ZERO regrets!!
