Pros

office environment was very positive, and colleagues were consistently friendly and supportive. generous time off, strong flexibility around working both from home and in the office

Cons

Extreme lack of adequate support from both management and the broader team. I often did not feel valued, respected, or appreciated in my role. Limited transparency and visibility around salary structure and bonus information, and questions in this area frequently went unanswered. Unorganized and not great structure throughout the company. Proceed with caution if considering a role here.

Pros

*Generous amount of PTO and holidays *Impressive client logos for resume

Cons

I was let go after less than 7 months with the company. I had been consistently encouraged about growth and opportunity by leadership, was actively managing several client accounts, and had both a company-wide presentation and a client-facing workshop underway when my employment abruptly ended. The termination came as a shock not just to me, but to colleagues across the office, including those in my immediate team. I was not the first person to be let go from Two Circles in 2026, and based on current business trajectories, I doubt I'll be the last. Senior leadership gives word-salad speeches in company all-hands meetings about how the company is currently missing the mark but how great it will be in the future. If you’re not on the content team, consider your job in jeopardy at all times. Workload concerns appear to carry little weight in decision-making. Rather than addressing burnout or resourcing issues, the company's approach seems to be redistributing the work of departed employees onto overworked junior staff just to save a buck.
