Terrible management - Software Engineer UAB Basic Partner Employee Review

Terrible management - extremely unprofessional. For example - it is a norm to 'get rid' of the employees they do not like by giving them x reprimands or by stressing them out psychologically - I know of several employees that were fired this way (and I am not talking about me).
