Best work culture Salary on time being a startup. - Business Development Manager UAI Autoworks Employee Review

I have been working in this organization from past 5 moths. Probation period was tuff to clear but used my own lead/contact to clear it. After that i was working i receive my salary on time but ya in some month if i don't achieve my target i get my salary but only the basis of sales i did not as commission but ya my basic pay i receive every month. Leads are not so effective given by them but i travel for my job and generate leads for my closures. Being a startup i understand and cooperate with the organization as they are supportive a lot and best part i get paid for my work done on time.
