      Pros

      Well recognized brand, very good consumer recall . Heineken Association. A couple of good leaders who want to do well. MD seems to be good but not getting to field details , world class association with Heineken systems can be leveraged

      Cons

      Poor culture and ethics , politics, no value for merit, corruption at senior levels , Talent management is next to nothing , no safe space for voice of employees, yes men culture , power at center , zero empowerment

      Pros

      Good HR policies but they're making changes in them

      Cons

      No internal promotion especially for the employees with grade 9 or less than 9. Communication gap is there. Everyone blames each other and they're are not there to help you. They're there to push you under the bus and take credit if you have done something good. Huge salary gap b/w grade 9 and above. Always procrastinate things and infome groud team at 11th hour and if things goes south them they will blame you
