Fixed salary, No need to worry about Variable/performance pay.
Only few Managers are flexible and work life balance when we work under them.
Cons
90% of them are maintenance project and using very old technologies like .net 1. and 2.0.
No technical growth, As we won't get projects on new technologies.
No work life balance. Minimum 9 hours of work is required and Work from home.
Less job security as there are only few projects in .net(may be 3-4), If no project they will try for outsourcing.
Few Managers are bad and just do politics.
HR are useless, They are just listen to manager, if Manager is not happy they will fire immediately.
