Many of us were led to believe we'd be compensated better over time, but these promises were not kept. Miscommunication seems deliberate, which is frustrating and can feel manipulative. Lack of Transparency: Rather than being open and honest, the management often hides details or adjusts narratives to their advantage. This lack of transparency makes it hard to trust them or feel secure in your role. Employee Exploitation: Employees are frequently asked to do more than what was agreed upon with no additional compensation or recognition. The company seems to value profit over people.
