The president and CEO of the company has no respect for anyone what so ever, he feels that he is at the pinnacle of the human race and anyone working in the company is his slave. He will never leave an opportunity to abuse you, literally ranting on for hours, and obviously you have done nothing to the company since you are standing there and listen to him rant for hours together. 2. Any work you have done is useless since it is not in the best interests of the company and the president. Your best efforts are never applauded. 3. You aren't allowed to eat your own food in the afternoon since it wastes time. 4. The whole company is a collection of old stuff bought from cheap auctions and nothing works, The most fascinating part is that the auction stuff does not work since you cannot make it work, it has nothing to do that it is in that state since it doesn't work. 5.The bathroom leaks and causes the whole workshop to be flooded. You have to work in that safe and hygienic environment.
