Love the people I work with. Very Busy makes the day pass by quick.

Treated like we are University of Iowa Hospital employees but we are not. We do not get the some benefits or policies. University of Iowa Hospital employees or treated better. Turnover is very high, morale is very low. Once Management finds fault with you, you are as good as gone. New employees are put in without adequate training, which significantly slow the flow in the clinics. Not enough pay or any advancement at times they tend to micro manage.
