I'm keen to understand your points because what you describe goes against everything that the entire team wants. When I first came here people asked for more transparency and fairness. We've been working hard to do just that and to be the place where everyone can be their true self. So, what have we been doing? We've just reviewed all our salaries, making adjustments across the board and also for individuals to make sure that pay is fair compared to the market and internally. You'll also know that we brought in some new policies to push the fairness point on sickness, performance, how to raise concerns which includes people being treated with respect. We've also just introduced flexible working. As for mental health we have the most amazing group of people who are trained as mental health first aiders and who through our wonderful EDI groups, have raised the profile of mental health - we work on the basis that it's ok to not be ok. In fact this week is mental health awareness week and we have a number of initiatives going on. Finally, we specifically asked about bullying in our survey and had a categorical ‘no’ response.
